1. Introduction

Welcome to Dravelyn. These terms govern your access to our professional development course offerings effective from January 1, 2025. 2. Definitions

Services refers to live or virtual professional development courses, workshops, and coaching sessions offered by Dravelyn.

Information Products refers to digital files, e-books, recordings, and online materials provided by Dravelyn.

Goods refers to any physical items such as course materials, workbooks, or merchandise sold by Dravelyn.

3. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in Services is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access to Information Products is granted via download link or portal upon payment. Goods will be dispatched after payment confirmation.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Dravelyn reserves the right to modify schedules or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students may choose an alternative session or request a refund of paid sums.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Services (Professional Development Courses)

Requests for a refund of course fees must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date. Approved requests will be refunded via the original payment method within 30 days. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session at no extra cost. After the course has begun, no refund will be issued due to preparatory and resource commitments.

5.2 Information Products

You may request cancellation and a full refund of your purchase within 7 days of order, provided no digital content has been accessed or downloaded. Once the digital file has been accessed, the purchase is final and non-refundable due to immediate delivery.

5.3 Goods

If you are not satisfied with any physical item, you may send back unused goods within 30 days of delivery for inspection. Approved goods will be inspected and, if found unused, the payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns unless the item is defective.

5.4 Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact our support team via contact form. Provide your order details and reason for the request. Dravelyn will review and notify you of approval or denial within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5.5 No-Refund Circumstances

Certain offerings are non-refundable, including personalized one-on-one coaching sessions confirmed less than 7 days before the scheduled time, limited-enrollment intensives, and customized services prepared in advance. This policy ensures resource allocation and fairness to all participants.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dravelyn delivers its offerings “as is” without warranty of specific outcomes. Liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service, Information Product, or Good.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Geneva.
